Once a system has been purchased. It must be tailored to your exact needs and style. This appointment will consist of creating a custom template from your exact measurements, cutting and tailoring the system base. Then also cutting and styling the system hair to blend seamlessly with your own and create your dream hairstyle. Any systems purchased outside the salon do not have a quality, or longevity guarantee and the salon is not responsible for how the system sheds, changes color or frays during the appointment.

After your system has been worn for 2 to 5 weeks, it must be removed, cleaned and cared for. This appointment is where the client will see the largest difference between systems purchased through the salon and those purchased outside the salon. SYSTEMS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SALON will be cleaned by the salon. SYSTEMS PURCHASED OUTSIDE THE SALON will need to be cleaned thoroughly and dried to the client's satisfaction BEFORE their appointment. This ensures the salon does not mishandle a system they are not familiar with. In both cases, the cleaned and refreshed system will then be re-adhered and your natural hair trimmed to suit the systems' style. Both types of clients are encouraged to remove their system 12 hrs before their appointment IF POSSIBLE (this allows the scalp to breathe and dry out, especially important in Texas summers) we understand not everyone's lifestyle can accommodate this. In both cases your stylist will teach you how to remove your system and how to clean it.
